Notice for GS SS JT & ZPT of Nuapada district regarding their EPF subscription.


All the Gana Shikshak (GS), Shiksha Sahayak (SS), Junior Teacher (JT) and teachers propmoted to Zilla Parishad Teacher (ZPT) of Nuapada district are instructed to file their complain in the matter of their subscription (if any) with sufficient proof of documents regardig their complain through proper channel, by 31.08.2017 to District Project Office, RTE-SSA, Nuapada, At/Po- Nuapada for rectification without fail.

Further, any Gana Shikshak (GS), Shiksha Sahayak (SS), Junior Teacher (JT) of Nuapada district intended to draw their their accumulated EPF amount , may submit thier Application for withdraw of EPF along with properly filled up (i) EPF withdrawal Form No. 31/19, (ii) Form No. 10-C, (iii) Two copies of Form No. 15-G, (iv) Aadhar Card/Voter ID, (v) PAN Card, (vi) Photocopy of front page of their Bank Passbook/ one Cancelled Cheque issued by the Bank (vii) One Passport size photograph to District Project Office, RTE-SSA, Nuapada, At/Po- Nuapada by 31.08.2017.

Sealed tenders are invited from OEM/Authorized dealer/distributor of ISO Certified and having GST Registration Certificate and Number for supply of Computer table & chair for 24 nos. of CAL schools of Nuapada District. The detailed specification, terms and conditions can be downloaded at website www.opepa.in & district website www.nuapada.nic.in . Last date of receipt of the tender paper is 28.08.2017 by 05.00 PM through Registered Post/Speed Post only. The authority reserves the right to cancel the tender without assigning any reason thereof.

In pursuant to the Tender Call Notice published in all odisha edition Odia daily The Sambad and in English daily The New Indian Express on date 03.08.2017 and in websites www.opepa.in & www.nuapada.nic.in vide this office Notice No.1374/MIS-CAL, dated.02.08.17 for Supply of Furniture (Computer table & Chair) at 24 nos. of CAL school of Nuapada district, at first page of the Bid Document, at point No. “c”, Tender Application Form Cost is Rs.500/-, but in word it was wrongly mentioned as “Rupees Five thousand”. The same should be read as “Rupees Five Hundred”.

The other terms & conditions of above Tender Call Notice shall remain unchanged.
