6. blank non-judicial stamp (4 pages) total of value Rs 10 or greater.

NOTIFICATION FOR ENGAGEMENT OF SHIKSHA SAHAYAK (2016) IN NUAPADA DISTRICT.

                In pursuance to the Advertisement No.12511, dated 26.12.2016 & 9836, dated 01.12.2017 of OPEPA, Bhubaneswar and Resolution No.25605/SME, dated 26.12.2016, Letter No.25611/SME, dated 26.12.2016 & Corrigendum No. 23322/SME, dated 30.11.2017 of School and Mass Education deptt., Govt. of Odisha, this is for information of the concerned candidates applied for the post of Shiksha Sahayaks – 2016 under Nuapada district that the Final Merit List of the candidates duly approved by Zilla Parishad, Nuapada is available in the OPEPA website www.opepa.odisha.gov.in and in Nuapada district official website www.nuapada.nic.in.

                The selected candidates, enlisted in the Final Merit List are instructed to join at the District Project Office, RTE-SSA, Nuapada on or before 31.03.2018. The selected candidates are to attend the orientation and counseling programme for place of posting on 02.04.2018 and 03.04.2018 respectively at Sadbhabana Sabha Gruha, Collectorate, Nuapada. Candidates are instructed to come personally along with original certificates, one set of self attested photo copies of the certificates, two self signed passport size photographs, character certificate from two gazetted officers and one medical fitness certificate. They have to execute an agreement in non-judicial stamp worth of Rs.10/- (at the minimum) with the Collector-cum-C.E.O., Zilla Parishad, Nuapada.

                The Final Selection of PH candidates, enlisted in the Final Merit List against PH reservation, are subject to          re-examination of the candidates physically before the Appellate Medical Board constituted by the W & C Department vide Notification No.16430/WCD dtd. 06.09.2011.

                All the candidates have to furnish an affidavit on the genuineness of the certificates and mark sheets. In case at any stage it is ascertained that the selection was by virtue of manipulation or forgery of certificates/ mark sheets the selection will be cancelled and appropriate legal action shall be taken against the concerned candidate.

Cancellation of opening of Tenders.

Opening of Tenders received vide District Project Office, RTE-SSA, Nuapada's Tender Call Notice No. 473, dated 08.02.2018 invited for Supply, installation and commissioning of Desktop Computers, Laser Printers and L.I. UPSs at 24 nos. of Upper Primary Schools of Nuapada district taken up during 2014-15 and 2016-17 under CAL programme, was scheduled to be held on 08.03.2018 at 4.00 PM.

But due to some unavoidable circumstances, opening of those received Tenders is hereby postponed.
The next opening date will be intimidated later to the Bidders.

Merit List for engagement of Shiksha Sahayak 2016-17

Revised Merit list for all categories of Shiksha Sahayak post has been published in OPEPA website .
Any objection by the candidates, they can submit to office of the DPC, RTE-SSA of that district where the candidate verified their documents on or before 15.03.2018.
Candidates can see their Application status in the merit list by logging.

Teachers Profile and their Status

Now Teachers can see what information has been maintained regarding them in official Teachers Profile page.

This is for information of all Teachers of all Schools that they can check there details, i.e. Teachers details/ Teachers Profile submitted by themselves to BEOs in the year 2016 for updating their details in Teachers Profile online portal in the link giving below.

After going to the login page, Teachers are required to select district, give their mobile number, date of birth and the image code etc to view their details.

It is mandatory to make it correct if any error found in their details.

All Contractual Teachers such as Shiksha Sahayaks, Junior Teachers, Gana Shikshak are required to correct their data as the Salary may be generated/ Transfer may be done further depending upon the details present in this portal.

For any Correction Teachers may Print the Profile Page and submit an Application in written mentioning the details of Correction required and submit the same to their Block Education Office concerned.

Objection Invitation Notice regarding Engagement of Shiksha Sahayak 2016-17

Shiksha Sahayak (SS) engagement is the on-going process at Nuapada district. 

Certificate verification was completed in the district. Now, if any candidate have any type of objection related to the engagement then he/she may submit application in written with supporting document to the DPC, RTE-SSA, Nuapada. In this regard, Office of the DPC, RTE-SSA, Nuapada has issued an Notification regarding invitation of objection from the SS applicants, if any.

Objection will be received at District Project Office, RTE-SSA, Nuapada within the office hours in shape of written application addressed to “The District Project Coordinator, RTE-SSA, Nuapada along with self attested supporting documents of their claim till 20.02.2018 through e-mail/ by hand. Objection received after 05.00PM of 20.02.2018 will not be entertained.

SSA, Nuapada - Siksha Sahayak 2016-17 - SS - Document Verification.

A second chance is being given by the OPEPA for verification of documents by Shiksha Sahayak candidates not verified earlier due to any issue.

The candidates applied for Nuapada disrict as first choice for Siksha Sahatak SS post for CT and BEd category but did not attend the Document/ Certificate verification,
