NOTICE FOR CANDIDATES APPEARED COUNSELING
All the engaged candidates are directed to download the Engagement Order from the OPEPA website or Nuapada district website and join before the concerned Head Master/ Head Mistress of the respective school as mentioned against their name on or before 10.12.2018 positively along with the copy of the Engagement Order under intimation to Block Education Officer concerned, failing which their engagement shall be cancelled. As per the instruction of the State Project Director, OPEPA, Bhubaneswar vide Letter No. 3117/MIS/2018, dated. 28.02.2018, they are also directed to fill up the Teachers Profile format properly after joining at respective school and submit the same at Block Education Office concerned through HM/ CRCC within 3 days for updation in online Teachers Profile portal. Also, it is the duty of the concerned Sikshya Sahayaks (Junior Teacher Contractual) to submit his/her proposal for renewal of engagement yearly till completion of 06 years through concerned B.E.Os on completion of each year of engagement. (03 years for consideration as Junior Teacher and next 03 years as Assistant Teacher.)
