NISTHA Training Modules for Teachers

Online NISHTHA Training will start from 16th October 2020 on DIKSHA Platform.

All Elementary teachers will get the training by way of self registration in DIKSHA Portal and to complete the training as per the Training schedule.

There are 18 modules/ courses for online NISHTHA Training. For every fortnight(15day), 3 courses/ modules will be transacted and the entire course  (18 modules) will be completed within 3 months.

The training for the first 3 modules, I.e, course-1, Course-2 and Course-3 will continue from 16th - 30th October 2020

Minimum 2 hours to be devoted for each course and all the 3 courses are to be completed by 30th October 2020.

A certificate of merit will be awarded to the participant on successful completion of the course.

How teachers can take the course

> All the teachers will be communicated about the schedule of the courses upfront and space /Location (course page) where the course links will be updated each week.

>Teachers will also receive weekly communication with links of the “courses of the fortnight " on instant messenger (WhatsApp/ Tealegram ) and the same will be updated on the state’s websites

>Along with the course links, teachers will also receive the communication about how to log in/register as per the state’s chosen onboarding solution . This will ensure that teachers have logged in via the right mechanism to emit relevant data that admins can use

>Teachers will enroll in the course and can start taking and also continuously track their progress

> Once they complete the course they receive the certification of completion within next 7-15 days from completion date

All teachers will have to invest 3-4 hours to complete on Course and complete 3 courses each fortnight

Certificate Of Merit

> Once all the courses have been completed by the teachers a competency based assessment will be conducted in the 2 nd week of January ,Certificate of merit will be issued only if the teachers scores 50% and Above

> All states similarly would conduct this competency based assessment in their regional language(s) and need to award the certificate of merit based on the marks criteria defined

A guideline and a SOP document for the same will be shared with the states to help them conduct this competency based assessment

SURAVI- 2019, Shishu Mahotshav

The District level Shishu Mahotshav, Suravi-2019,  is going to be held on Dt.07.11.2019 at Mini Stadium, Nuapada (National H.S.).

Block level winners of different competitions such as Dance, Song, Quiz, Essay Writing, Elocution etc. will take participation in this even and the top winners of District level competition will represent our district Nuapada at State Shishu Mahotshav, that will be held on Children's' day this year.

How to get U-DISE code for your school

The school who is not yet registered with U-DISE and is interested in getting U-DISE code has to visit www.schoolreportcards.in to search the  school using "Locate School" option.  

Method 1:Self registration for getting U-DISE code is now available through a web portal School Directory Management System (SDMS) . Using the portal schools can register themselves. This portal is intended for the schools where the Head Master should provide the school related details in case they have not been providing the data to the State Government under SSA and RMSA schemes or they are not covered under U-DISE. The U-DISE code will be generated after approval from Block/District MIS looking after U-DISE.

Method 2:
1. Visit the nearest Cluster Resource Centre - CRC (if you are aware of CRC) or visit the nearest Block Education Office (Sarva Shiksha Abhiyan - SSA or Rashtriya Madhyamik Shiksha Abhiyan - RMSA) 

2. Fill the basic details about the school in the U-DISE Data Capture Format (DCF). Submit the filled in DCF to the Block MIS official looking after U-DISE. Click here to get the U-DISE Data Capture Format (DCF)...  

3. Block MIS will create the U-DISE code based on the authenticity of the School and its data submitted in the DCF. 

4. District MIS official looking after U-DISE need to give his consent/approval for generating the U-DISE Code.

Engagement Order for Shiksha Sahakak / Junior Teacher Contractual (2nd Round) under Nuapada district

NOTICE FOR CANDIDATES APPEARED COUNSELING 

All the engaged candidates are directed to download the Engagement Order from the OPEPA website or Nuapada district website and join before the concerned Head Master/ Head Mistress of the respective school as mentioned against their name on or before 10.12.2018 positively along with the copy of the Engagement Order under intimation to Block Education Officer concerned, failing which their engagement shall be cancelled. As per the instruction of the State Project Director, OPEPA, Bhubaneswar vide Letter No. 3117/MIS/2018, dated. 28.02.2018, they are also directed to fill up the Teachers Profile format properly after joining at respective school and submit the same at Block Education Office concerned through HM/ CRCC within 3 days for updation in online Teachers Profile portal. Also, it is the duty of the concerned Sikshya Sahayaks (Junior Teacher Contractual) to submit his/her proposal for renewal of engagement yearly till completion of 06 years through concerned B.E.Os on completion of each year of engagement. (03 years for consideration as Junior Teacher and next 03 years as Assistant Teacher.)

                In pursuance to the Advertisement No.12511, dated 26.12.2016, 9836, dated 01.12.2017 and No. 10393, dtd. 09.11.18 of OPEPA, Bhubaneswar and Resolution No.25605/SME, dated 26.12.2016, Letter No.25611/SME, dated 26.12.2016 & Corrigendum No. 23322/SME, dated 30.11.2017 of School and Mass Education deptt., Govt. of Odisha, this is for information of the concerned candidates applied for the post of Shiksha Sahayaks – 2016 under Nuapada district that the provisional/ draft Merit List of the candidates duly approved by Zilla Parishad, Nuapada is available in the OPEPA website www.opepa.odisha.gov.in and in Nuapada district official website www.nuapada.nic.in and this office Notice Board.

                The selected candidates, enlisted in the approved Merit List are instructed to attend the counseling for selection of School and re-verification of related documents/certificates at the District Project Office, Samagra Shiksha, Nuapada on 04.12.2018 (Tuesday) between 10:00 AM to 05:00 PM. 

Candidates are instructed to come personally along with 

(i) print out of Application form, 

(ii) original certificates,

(iii) one set of self attested photo copies of the certificates,

(iv) two self signed passport size photographs,

(v) two character certificate from two gazetted officers,

(vi) one medical fitness certificate,

(vii) any identity proof (Aadhaar Card/ Voter ID card/ PAN card/ Driving License) in original & its one photocopy 

(viii) an affidavit on the genuineness of the certificates and mark sheets.

(ix) 4 pages of blank Non-Judicial Stamp papers with minimum total value of Rs.10/. (They have to execute an agreement in non-judicial stamp with the Collector-cum-C.E.O., Zilla Parishad, Nuapada.)

                In case at any stage, if it is found that the selection was made by virtue of manipulation or forgery of certificates/ mark sheets, then the selection will be cancelled and appropriate legal action shall be taken against the concerned candidate.
